We have known Martin for two years after being introduced by a friend. We learnt of Martin's background as a chef in Germany and convinced him to cook for us one evening.

I had great fun learning some cooking skills from Martin. After years of staying out of the kitchen, I was apprehensive in stepping back in. But Martin laid all fears to rest and took me through the basics, tricks of the trade and all. He's helped me gained back confidence in cooking and experimenting with different meats and flavours.
